Room Types
Complete room configuration, its amenities, a catalog of photos, and price settings have never been easier to set up. Our system accommodates an infinite array of room types, making it suitable not only for straightforward property management but also for efficiently overseeing medium-sized hotels or guesthouses. Assigning room numbers to room types allows for precise occupancy tracking, and our intelligent system even auto-generates cleaning tasks promptly after a guest's departure.
Prices
Each room type comes with its own pricing structure. With different rates for various time frames, days of the week, and rates based on room occupancy, the configuration possibilities are limitless. You can easily derive a new rate from an existing one by simply defining an uplift or discount, particularly when the rate differs only due to the cancellation policy. Room Blocking
When a shortage, malfunction, or simply the need to block reservations arises, it is possible to close one or more specific rooms. This way, the room(s) cannot be offered for a specified period. Closed rooms automatically reduce availability on OTA channels.
